So, technically my cat, Mari, is not a kitten anymore. Yes, by now she's surely around 2 years old (I can't exactly pinpoint her age). Yet here I am, typing up this blog entry because I'm bored and it's easier than working, because Mari has not outgrown her kitty antics. Shall we begin? A Typical Day with Mari: 8:00 am= WAKE UP SYDNEY! PAW AT DOOR! THROW SELF AGAINST DOOR IN ORDER TO GAIN ENTRY! REPEAT UNTIL SITUATION CHANGES! 9:00 am-12:00 pm= Lie around lazily in vicinity to Sydney, but do NOT let her pet you (proceed to bite if she does) 12:00 pm- 6:00pm= Freaking disappear! Like, am I on the moon? Am I in the basement? Am I dead? Ha ha you'll never know! 6:00 pm- 11:00pm= GO INSANE. Run room from room with no purpose, freak out and attack the wall, meow like no tomorrow, bite Sydney's legs until she admits defeat. Do whatever it takes to convince the family that you are completely insane. 11:00pm-8:00am= I dunno what Mari does at this point. I close the door to my room so she doesn't try to climb onto my bed, and by doing so lose all knowledge of Mari's whereabouts. I can only assume she's darting around the house, irritating all the rest of my family.
I wonder if her behavior is normal, or if we have a ghost in the house or something (cue dramatic music). Either way, her antics are just SO much fun to deal with. Ugh, she's trying to sleep on the keyboard now. Laters!
